Terms and Conditions of Business for Advertisers using The Right Ethos Services

By agreeing to pay for an advertisement to be posted on the The Right Ethos website and circulated by e-Newsletter, social media the Client is deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
Following agreement on price between The Right Ethos and the Client, and after acknowledging receipt of the final approved copy of the advertisement, The Right Ethos will upload the item to the website and circulate the item to The Right Ethos subscribers by e-Newsletter and through social media.
The Right Ethos will agree with the Client a time period during which the advertisement will be live. Whilst every effort will be made to circulate the advertisement and post the advertisement on the The Right Ethos website within the agreed time period, The Right Ethos accepts no responsibility for the consequences of technical faults, all other interruptions or delays to providing the service, however these may be caused.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that advertisements submitted for circulation and posting on the The Right Ethos website by The Right Ethos comply with English and international laws. Advertisements submitted to The Right Ethos for circulation and posting on the The Right Ethos website must be legal, decent, honest and truthful. The Right Ethos reserves the right to refuse or amend any advertisement from the Client.
The Right Ethos does not guarantee responses to advertisements. The Client agrees not to hold The Right Ethos liable for the responses or enquiries generated by the advertisement.
The Right Ethos will not place the Client’s advertisement on other websites without the express permission of the client. The Client agrees not to hold The Right Ethos liable for any unauthorised copying or reproduction of advertisement content by third parties outside the control of The Right Ethos. After circulating the advertisement to the The Right Ethos subscribers and/or posting the advertisement on the The Right Ethos website, The Right Ethos retains the copyright on the advertisement.
Invoices will be issued following the circulation and posting on the website of advertisements. The Right Ethos invoices are due for payment within 21 days of issue. The Right Ethos reserves the right to charge interest on any sums outstanding after the payment due date until the date of payment at a rate of 3% above the Santander bank rate.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any disputes shall be decided by the English courts. These terms and conditions of business are effective from 1st January 2018.
